My Famous Batch- And- A- Half Cinnamon Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Have you ever wished there was a way to get more than just one batch of cookies, but without the overwhelming amount of 2 batches of cookies?

Or maybe that was just me being too lazy to make 2 batches! I always felt if I was going to make a double batch, I may as well make 3 batches… But then I knew I would be way too committed to the kitchen. I created a solution, and I have never been disappointed with a single batch yet.

We absolutely love my recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies around here. The amount last us long enough to serve our company, deliver extras, and enjoy ourselves!

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

This morning I was searching for a recipe that I could make for breakfast using oats and my overripe strawberries. I ran into Krista’s blog @ JoyfulHealthyEats.com, and her amazing strawberry oatmeal bars.

If you know anything about me, you know that I never follow recipes, I make everything with my own twist! I am so excited to share my inspired recipe, which turned out to be an amazing breakfast.

I found this recipe to be extremely easy to prepare, kid friendly to make, and almost suspiciously easy to clean up!

The Best Banana Bread Muffin Recipe

There is nothing quite like waking up before the kiddos, cleaning the house, all while a good batch of banana bread is in the oven.

I love this recipe because adding sugar is completely optional, and taste amazing either way.

If you would like this recipe to have a sweetness to it, and not use sugar, I encourage you to use 1/3 cup of honey or sweetener of choice!

These pancakes are 3 simple ingredients, and have the availability to add any spices or flavours to customize to your liking.

Nothing frustrates me more than finding a healthy, “easy” recipe that calls for $300 in extremely odd ingredients. We choose to eat genuine real, easy foods. Healthy shouldn’t be a complicated process.

Kid Friendly Smoothies (skip the popsicles!)

Instead of giving my kiddos a sugary popsicle that would result in sugar crash temper tantrum, I started making nutrition dense smoothies that they LOVED.

I have absolutely no judgement, because my childhood was full of ice cream, Freezies, popsicles, and creamsicles! We still had the odd treat here or there, or I will catch Maverick hiding with the tub of ice cream…
